Weiser High School ATHLETICS
Weiser High School is a member of the Idaho High School Activities Association, and as such, is bound by the rules and regulations of that student body in all activities between schools. Weiser High School is also a member of the Snake River Valley Athletic Conference, and must adhere to the policies of that organization in all activities between member schools.
The athletic and activity program at Weiser High School is a vital part of the educational system. Its primary purpose is to help young people grow and mature into respected members of society. As a participant you are, and will continue to be, an important part of life in America. Those ideals you aspire to in high school athletics and activities will become a part of your life. These Ideals will be transmitted to those who watch you and will be reflected in a constructive way in the lives of others.

ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY
In order to participate on any Weiser High School athletic team, a student must:
1. Be in school the semester immediately preceding the season.
2. Have received credit in five subjects the preceding semester.
3. Have a physical form signed by a medical doctor on file in the office prior to any practice.
4. Have proof of private insurance of purchase school athletic injury insurance.
5. Pay all necessary fees assessed for the sport.
6. Purchase an ASB Card, and be a member in good standing of the Associated Student Body of Weiser High School
7. Agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Athletic Department of Weiser High School and, along with their parents sign a copy of the Athletic Code.
